By purchasing from TUTRECIS MOTION, you agree to the terms below.

Products and Limited Drops

TUTRECIS MOTION sells clothing and accessories inspired by automotive culture, motorsport and streetwear.

Many of our products are released as limited drops. This means that certain products are produced or sold in limited quantities only. Once a product is sold out, we cannot guarantee that it will be restocked.

Individually numbered products, such as “DROP 01 — UNIT 01”, are considered part of the product design and collection. This does not affect your statutory rights regarding returns, withdrawal or claims, unless the product has been custom-made according to your own personal choices, such as name, custom text or special order.

Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in Norwegian kroner NOK unless otherwise stated. Where applicable, prices include VAT.

The total price, including any shipping costs, will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Payment is made through the payment methods offered in the online store. Your order is binding once payment has been completed and you have received an order confirmation.

Order Confirmation

After completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

You are responsible for ensuring that your contact information, delivery address and email address are correct.

If you notice an error in your order, please contact us as soon as possible at tutrecismerch@hotmail.com.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at tutrecismerch@hotmail.com.

If the order has already been packed or shipped, it may not be possible to cancel it.

In that case, you may use your right of withdrawal after receiving the product, provided that the return conditions are met.

Washing and Care

The customer is responsible for following the care instructions provided with the product.

To preserve the fit, print and quality of the garment, we generally recommend:
- Wash at low temperature
- Wash inside out
- Avoid tumble drying unless otherwise stated
- Do not iron directly on print
- Do not use bleach

Damage caused by incorrect washing or improper care is normally not considered a valid claim.

Uncollected Packages

If a package is not collected and is returned to us, this is not automatically considered a valid use of the right of withdrawal.

The customer must clearly notify us if they wish to use the right of withdrawal.

For uncollected packages, the customer may be charged for the actual costs related to shipping, return shipping and any resending of the package.

Personal Data

We process personal data that is necessary to complete purchases, payments, delivery, customer service, returns and claims.

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable privacy regulations.
