Return and refund policy

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when purchasing from TUTRECIS MOTION. The withdrawal period starts from the day you, or a person chosen by you, physically receive the product.

Your return request must include:
- Name
- Order number
- Which product you wish to return
- A clear statement that you wish to use your right of withdrawal

After notifying us, the product must be returned within 14 days.

Return policy

To be eligible for return, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it.

The product may be carefully tried on, as you would in a physical store, but it must not be used beyond this.

A return may be refused or the refund amount may be reduced if the product:
- Has a noticeable smell of perfume, smoke, food or sweat
- Has stains, makeup, hair, pet hair or other visible signs of use
- Has been washed, damaged or altered
- Is missing original packaging, tags or labels if these were included
- Has been used in a way that goes beyond normal fitting or inspection

This is especially important for limited drops, as the product may be difficult or impossible to resell if it is not returned in proper condition.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer normally pays for return shipping when using the right of withdrawal, unless otherwise agreed or the return is due to an error on our part.

We recommend returning items with tracking. TUTRECIS MOTION is not responsible for return shipments that are lost in transit if the customer has chosen the return shipping method.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, the refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Refunds will be processed without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after we have inspected the returned product and confirmed it is eligible for a refund. 

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product, or until the customer has provided proof that the product has been sent back.

Standard shipping costs may be refunded where required by applicable law. Additional costs caused by the customer choosing a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery option are normally not refunded.

Size Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for another size, please contact us at tutrecismerch@hotmail.com as soon as possible.

Because many TUTRECIS MOTION products are released in limited quantities, we cannot guarantee that the desired size will be available for exchange.

If the size is sold out, you may instead use your right of withdrawal within the applicable deadline, provided that the return conditions are met.

The customer normally covers return shipping for size exchanges, unless otherwise stated.

Faulty or Incorrect Products

If you receive the wrong product, wrong size, or a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible at tutrecismerch@hotmail.com.

Please include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the issue

If the claim is approved, we will offer a solution in accordance with applicable consumer law. This may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.

Claims do not cover normal wear and tear, incorrect washing, misuse, damage caused by the customer or natural changes to the garment over time.
