Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout.
Normal processing time is 1–5 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page. During product launches, limited drops or periods of high demand, delivery times may be slightly longer.
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment.
Once the package has been handed over to the shipping provider, you will normally receive tracking information if this is available for the selected shipping method.
TUTRECIS MOTION is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider, incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, customs processing or circumstances outside our control.
2. Incorrect Delivery Information
The customer is responsible for entering the correct name, address, email and phone number at checkout.
If you notice an error in your delivery information, contact us as soon as possible at tutrecismerch@hotmail.com.
If the order has already been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
3. Uncollected Packages
If a package is not collected and is returned to us, the customer may be charged for the actual costs related to shipping, return shipping and any resending of the package.
An uncollected package is not automatically considered a return or use of the right of withdrawal. The customer must clearly notify us if they wish to use the right of withdrawal.
